If you want to install SRSS on SCOM, you will need a separate database installed locally on the server; yet the SQLEXPRESS version of 2012 won't do the trick, because the SQLserver agent will refuse to start, which means the installation will roll back. So for even a reporting service a full version of SQL is needed. I was told that by design the SQLAGENT is not supported anymore under SQLEXPRESS 2012. I haven't tested it yet with other version of SQLEXPRESS so please take this as a grain of salt. For sure SQLEXPRESS 2012 won't work with Opmngr 2012.

Square cursor mouse on ATI videocards with multiple displays
On multiple displays with ATI cards (4xxx and 5xxx series) you may find a square cursor on your first screen, then you move the mouse to another screen and the square cursor goes back to normal.
Resolution:
1) Open magnifier (win + u) and leave the magnifier opened at 100%. That's a temporary fix.
2) Change the drivers of your videocard. The bug reappeared again in the ATI catalyst drivers version 10.5 Rolling back to version 10.4 took care of the issue for me.
Luckily there is not a whole difference performancewise from version 10.2 up to 10.4 at least.
I don't know what exactly causes this bug, it's not only a bug on gigabyte cards, I also encountered this bug on ASUS motherboards, perhaps it's a programming error, but this bug is really annoying.
